Whether you simply require a projector, screen and laptop to give a boardroom presentation or more powerful projectors, large screens and Public Address Systems (PA Systems) for audiences in 100’s and 1000’s we have suitable equpment for all of your requirements.

We use high quality UHF Radio microphones and stock lapel radio microphones as well as hand held.

We supply industry standard Mackie mixing desks to connect your equipment to if your presentation is quite large and powerful 350 watts speakers to handle audiences up to 1000 people.

We offer lighting products such as spotlights, or softer scatter-spotlights if you prefer.

We own all of our own equipment and do not courier equipment to you, our own AV technicians deliver and set up all the equipment to ensure your presentation is successful.

All products carry a minimum 12 month warranty and many products such as Epson projectors have 3 year warranties, or Peavey PA Systems that have a 5 year warranty.

Costs can be as low as £100 for a projector and deluxe pull-up screen delivered to your boardroom and will be set up by one of our own technicians.

All electrical equipment is sold at four-months from new so you will never suffer bulb failure from our projectors.



£250 per day 500 watt PA System including 2 speakers, stands, Mackie mixing desk, 500 watt amplifier, all required cables, delivery and set up by oneof our technicians.



Most presentations are given using MS Office PowerPoint or similar programs. Our laptops come with all software pre-loaded so you can simply connect a USB flash drive and start your presentation with the minimum of fuss. The equipment sets up in seconds and is ready to use. The projector has a four-second warm up time, so literally in the time it takes to boot your laptop (or ours if you hire one), you are ready to begin. There is an Instant Off button with the projector and a virtually silent fan, so the projectors are suitable for use at close range and somewhere very quiet such as a boardroom. There is no cooling down time required.
